This article explains how to solve blinking/flickering screen and mouse issues on ASP.

Solution

Go to the quick launch menu under the Taskbar and find the Citrix Workspace application.
Right-click on it.
Click on the Advanced Preferences in the dialogue. Then go to High DPI and set "Scale the session for high resolution to YES.

DPI is the streaming of the number of pixels towards your screen.
By setting it on high you improve the quality of what is streamed towards your machine and solve the blinking.
