APP User Interface
This article provides an overview of the Personnel Portal user interface.
Introduction
A brand new layout will help you orient yourself within the Adonis Personal Portal web interface. By following the guidelines, you will be well on your way to using the interface correctly.

Main Menu
To access all the modules and features available in the Adonis Personal Portal web interface, click the main menu button on the toolbar.
Adonis simplifies your workflow by highlighting relevant sections in yellow, making it clear what you're currently working on.
Toolbar
A toolbar gets you fast and easy access to the main tools of Adonis Personal Portal.
On the right side of the toolbar, there are the most essential options:
Personal Profile contains personal details of an active crew member. For more information, see Personal Profile.
Help allows accessing the user manual of the web interface.
Notification Bell shows alerts that may occur in an active module. For example, the MLC notification appears in case the Time and Attendance module is in use.
Based on the module in use, the toolbar will also show you the submodules and related features. For instance, select the Time and Attendance module.
The Time and Attendance module becomes active and, thus, it is underlined with a red line on the toolbar. The module-related features are now available on the toolbar, allowing you to easily navigate through them.
Besides, navigation through the features is available on the Main Menu.
Personal Profile
The Personal Profile provides a clear and intuitive interface for managing personal information, account settings, and preferences. It allows users to easily update personal details, change passwords, and upload or update important documents. The layout is user-friendly and responsive, making it convenient to access and edit profile data.
To access the features, click the Profile icon on the toolbar. This opens the menu.
On the menu, select My Profile. This displays a set of available features:
General Details
To view and update your personal details such as your first and last names, birthdate, nationality and address, click the General Details tile.
To update your personal data:
Select the field you want to update.
Click the Edit icon or select a value from the drop-down list.
After making changes, the system will confirm the successful update.
To add or update your profile picture:
Click the icon next to your profile picture.
In the Profile Picture dialog that appears, click Select Picture.
Upload a picture and click Update.
After making changes, the system will confirm the successful update.
In addition, you can add multiple phone numbers and email addresses. Simply, click either Add Phone or Add Email, then enter the corresponding details.
Security Settings
In the Security Settings tile, you can update your access code used to log in to the Crew Portal.
Enter your current access code.
Enter your new access code, then re-enter it to confirm.
Click Confirm to apply the changes.
Only numeric values are allowed for access codes.
Personal Equipment
The Personal Equipment tile displays information about your uniform sizes, including bottom, top, and shoe sizes.
To add or update this information:
Select the field you want to update.
Enter your size.
Click Save to confirm.
Next of Kin
You can add your relatives' personal information as your primary emergency contact if necessary. Simply, click the Next of Kin tile to get started.
To update the existing record:
Select the record and click See Details / Edit.
When the Edit Next Of Kin dialog appears, update the required fields. Then, click Save.
To add a new relative:
Click the Add NOK button.
In the dialog that appears, fill in the fields. Finally, click Save.
My Flights
The My Flights page displays tickets with the statuses: ISSUED, REISSUED, and REVALIDATED. Historical flights are shown in italics.
My Documents
The My Documents tile gives you access to your travel documents, training certificates, medical records, and any available attachments by clicking a corresponding tile.
To update the existing record in any of the records collection:
Select the collection of records you want to view and/or update
Select the record inside the collection and click See Details / Edit.
In the dialog that opens, update the required fields. Then, click Save.
To add a new record to the collection:
Click the Add button.
In the dialog that appears, fill in the fields. Finally, click Save.
Customized fields
You have the possibility to create records tailored to your specific needs. This feature is currently under development and will be available in a future release.
The customized fields are added in APM and will be visible in the Crew Portal accordingly.
