Database Backup and Recovery Services

All customer databases are protected with a default backup service that includes daily differential SQL database backups and point-in-time recovery for up to 7 days. This essential backup service is provided to all our customers at no additional cost, ensuring data availability and business continuity. Extended Backup Options

For customers requiring enhanced data retention, we offer an optional extension to 35 days of point-in-time recovery. This upgrade supports businesses with more demanding recovery and compliance needs.

Enhanced Business Continuity

In scenarios where short-term backups are insufficient, we also provide long-term retention options as an extra service This feature allows data restoration to a new server, ensuring critical business data is preserved beyond standard retention periods.

To further support business resilience, we offer geo-replication to additional Microsoft Azure locations. This feature ensures minimal downtime and data availability even during a regional service disruption.

Data Security and Encryption

Our databases are secured with Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) managed by Microsoft Azure. This service encrypts databases, associated backups, and transaction log files while at rest, protecting sensitive information from unauthorized access. For more details, refer to the following page:
