SSS (Social Security System) - administers social security protection to workers in the private sector. Social security provides replacement income for workers in times of death, disability, sickness, maternity, and old age.

Pursuant to Republic Act No. 11199, otherwise known as the Social Security Act of 2018, which includes a provision that increases the SS contribution rate to 14%, the minimum monthly salary credit to P4,000, and the maximum monthly salary credit to P30,000.00 effective for the applicable month of January 2023.
