Introduction
The Axonify plugin is designed to export crew data to the Axonify interface. The purpose of the export is to ensure seamless integration of the onboarding crew list with the LMS (Learning Management System). This will not only boost the efficiency of crew training process but also ensure that crew members are always ready to deliver their best. Once onboard and planned crew is exported to the Axonify interface, it is then easy to plan and schedule online and offline trainings as well as to stay in compliance with the regulations.
Functionality
This section will walk you through the export process as well as highlight the data to be exported.
Workflow
Below is the step-by-step workflow of the Axonify export where the system:
Picks up planned or onboard crew (with Current and Planned activities) assigned to a certain vessel in APM.
Checks whether all the mandatory field values are available (see Field Mapping).
Checks whether the data to be exported is new or existing.
Exports data to the Axonify interface by creating new records or updating the existing records.
The Axonify plugin processes only crew members with Current and Planned activities it doesn’t matter which vessel they belong to.
The terminated crew members will not be created in Axonify but if already exists the plugin will update in an inactive state.

Setting Parameters
After the plugin is installed, it is necessary to specify parameters for the Site(s). To do this, follow the steps below:
On the left-hand side pane, select the service to which you got connected and navigate to Updatable programs.
In the Updatable programs node, select the plugin to be affected. Right under the selected plugin, select Plugin parameters.
In the Update parameters workspace, select the Site for which you want to add parameters and click the Add button. Clicking the command displays the Add new command dialog where you can enter the parameters one by one:
On entering, click OK to proceed.
Below, you will find the description of the parameters required for the Axonify plugin:

DATABASE | Enter the database name used when installing Adonis Personnel Manager. |
DEBUGDAYS | The request/response files are stored only for the specified number of days and then will be deleted. Note: If the DEBUGDAYS parameter is not defined, files will be stored within the current day only. |
DEBUGLOG | 0 - for the debug information in Replicator only. 7 - for the extended log; adds debug information into the log and stores request/response in the debug folder. |
Default_Crew_Lang | Set the default language to EN (English). |
Default_User_Password | Set the default user password used for the first-time login in the Axonify interface. |
Default_User_Type | Set the default user name. |
Onboarding_Days_From | Enter the number of days preceding the Today’s date to be considered in the data transfer. Applicable only to the crew with the PLANNED activity. |
Onboarding_Days_To | Enter the number of days following the Today’s date to be considered in the data transfer. Applicable only to the crew with the CURRENT activity. |
SERVER_NAME | The value is to be provided by Axonify. |
SERVICE_URL | The value is to be provided by Axonify. |
TRUNCDAYS | Enter the number of days after which the axonify.log file will be replaced with a new one. |
Setting Scheduler
On installing and setting the Axonify plugin via Adonis Replicator, proceed with the following steps:
In Replicator Manager, navigate to the Scheduler node on the left-hand pane and select AXO.Axonify Interface. Now, set the desired scheduler options on the workspace:
