Pins with historical sea-service activity crossing drill's date can't be added as a participant

Added enhancements to the Onboard Drills and Scenarios module. Crew members, with the Historical sea-service activities that cross the drill’s date, will be suggested for participation. Crew members will be available on the Schedule and Execute pages.

Previous evaluation is not shown under Create Evaluation

The Evaluation module - Co-Workers Evaluations - Create Evaluation page extended with new columns: Previous Evaluation Initialized, and Previous Evaluation Approved. The next Evaluation column was removed.
Previous Evaluation Initialized - displays the date the previous document was created.
Previous Evaluation - displays the date the previous document was approved.Image Removed
