Description
The report consists of 2 parts:
The first shows the actual number of crew onboard for a given crew change (on-signers are excluded).
The second shows planned activities that start before Period From (or the current date if Period From is in the future).
Dialog
Vessel - only crew change(s) for the selected vessel will be taken to count.
Period - to limit crew changes inside selected dates only.
Print - to extend/minimize the details on the person you'd like to see.
Travel Interface - to define which details should be fetched for the Itinerary field.
Sample
Fields/ Columns Specification
Position - shows Rank for Position as shown in the crew change record.
Passport - a travel document with the latest Date From is used.
Seaman Book - seaman's book document with the latest Date From is used.
Comments - from rotation shift or travel booking, based on dialog selection.
Itinerary - contains flight booking details, if a booking exists for the person in the displayed crew change.
