Summary	The report consists of 2 parts: The first shows the actual number of crew onboard for a given crew change (on-signers are excluded). The second shows planned activities that start before Period From (or the current date if Period From is in the future).

Description

The report consists of 2 parts:

The first shows the actual number of crew onboard for a given crew change (on-signers are excluded).
The second shows planned activities that start before Period From (or the current date if Period From is in the future).

Dialog

Vessel - only crew change(s) for the selected vessel will be taken to count.

Period - to limit crew changes inside selected dates only.

Print - to extend/minimize the details on the person you'd like to see.

Travel Interface - to define which details should be fetched for the Itinerary field.

At the top of the section, there is a Port Name and identification of whether this is Sign On/Off crew.

Position	Rank for Position as shown in the crew change record.
PIN	The PIN from Personal Details.
Last Name	The Last Name of the person from Personal Details.
First Name	The First Name of the person from Personal Details.
Sex	The Sex of the person from Personal Details.
Nat	The Nationality of the person from Personal Details.
Birthdate	The Birthday of the person from Personal Details.
Passport	An active passport (travel document) - the one with the lowest prioirity (from 0 ascending, the one with the latest Date From is used if several of same priority)
Passport Expiry	The Expiry Date on the Passport.
Seaman Book	An active Seaman Book (travel document) - the one with the latest Date To.
Seaman Book Expiry	The Expiry Date on the Seaman Book.
Comments	From rotation shift or travel booking, based on dialog selection.
Itinerary	Contains flight booking details, if a booking exists for the person in the displayed crew change.

At the top of the section, there is a date when the report is run and the total number of unconfirmed activities.
