Description
The report consists of 2 parts:
The first shows the actual number of crew onboard for a given crew change (on-signers are excluded).
The second shows planned activities that start before Period From (or the current date if Period From is in the future).
Dialog
Vessel - only crew change(s) for the selected vessel will be taken to count.
Period - to limit crew changes inside selected dates only.
Print - to extend/minimize the details on the person you'd like to see.
Travel Interface - to define which details should be fetched for the Itinerary field.

Fields/ Columns Specification
Part 1: Crew Change Report
At the top of the section, there is a Port Name and identification of whether this is Sign On/Off crew.

PIN | The PIN from Personal Details. |
Last Name | The Last Name of the person from Personal Details. |
First Name | The First Name of the person from Personal Details. |
Sex | The Sex of the person from Personal Details. |
Nat | The Nationality of the person from Personal Details. |
Birthdate | The Birthday of the person from Personal Details. |
Passport | An active passport (travel document) - the one with the latest Date From. |
Passport Expiry | The Expiry Date on the Passport. |
Seaman Book | An active Seaman Book (travel document) - the one with the latest Date From. |
Seaman Book Expiry | The Expiry Date on the Seaman Book. |
Comments | From rotation shift or travel booking, based on dialog selection. |
Itinerary | Contains flight booking details, if a booking exists for the person in the displayed crew change. |
Part 2: Not confirmed planned activities
At the top of the section, there is a date when the report is run and the total number of unconfirmed activities.
