Vessel Orientations

Students and Instructors are actually registered in Vessel Orientations based on their Division. They are registered in all Vessels within their Division. Only a few divisions have been mapped out so far. In general

Student (Trainee) is registered if:

  • Role =  Deckhand OR Engineer OR Mate OR Captain

AND

  • Division = Division for that Vessel Orientation (NOTE some may have two divisions as they are overlapping and so students are registered in vessels for both Divisions)

Instructor (Supervisor) is registered if:

  • Role =  Captain OR Port Admin OR Port Management

AND

  • Division = Division for that Vessel Orientation (NOTE some may have two divisions as they are overlapping and so students are registered in vessels for both Divisions)
