When users ask for them

There is an email that goes to invigilators, Murray and John get these. If Murray or John is contactable, they can send if invigilator didn't get it
If these emails were not sent or you need / want to retrieve these, follow the steps below.
Step-by-step guide
  1. Exam Audit Logs (http://learning.bcferries.com/LoggingPages/AuditLog.aspx)

  2. Enter "exam" then click on Search

  3. Look on page/s for invigilators user Id (will help if you have date and approx time of exam taken by the student)
  4. When you find the right exam, paste its GUID into the Search box and click on Search
    e.g. 4a717245-d8e9-48a4-8da7-c6f50674091f
  5. Doing this may show multiple starts, exam stops and hopefully the final exam
  6. With this GUID, from the final exam ideally, go to http://learning.bcferries.com/Exams/ExamReport.aspx
  7. If you think you have the right exam, manually add the following on end of URL, ?ExamID=[GUID],  to give http://learning.bcferries.com/Exams/ExamReport.aspx?ExamID=4a717245-d8e9-48a4-8da7-c6f50674091f
  8. You can then email this link to the invigilator, giving them the exam results
  9. If exam did not complete or partially completed there may be no data to send, so if no data that will be the message back to the invigilator
