Understand Global Options affecting the Payroll module
Understand Organization settings affecting the Payroll module
Know how to add Payroll periods
Know the set up for sending pay slips by email
Know how to set up for distributing pay slips to the Employee Portal
Know the set up for export of payment files to bank, and how to produce the actual files
Know the set up for export to the Accounting System, and how to produce the actual files
Know how to set up entry codes for automatic generation on activities and pay scale level
Understand the Close Month functionality
