This course suits participant who will be setting up the Course Scheduler moduel and corresponding functionality around Contacts, Competences, and Activities

Objectives

• Undestand how the Course Scheduler module functions

• Know how to define Training Providers

• Know how to define Courses per Training Provider

• Know how to define Competences per Course

• Know how to define cost per Competence

• Know the setup in Global Options and on activity level for the Course Scheduler

• Know what reporting capabilities the system has for the Course Scheduler module, Crew List views, Customized and Notification reports, Notification tasks, and similar

Prerequisites

We recommend undergoing the Basic Introduction and Basic Training courses, however, this is not a requirement.
