This course suits participant who is new to the Adonis Personnel Manager and will perform basic administrator tasks in the Adonis Personnel Manager application.

Objectives

• Know how to add new or deactivate the most commonly used General Codes

• Know how to work with Views in General Codes

• Know how to add a new company

• Know how to manually add a new vessel with departments and positions

• Know how to copy a structure from an existing vessel to a new vessel

• Know the most commonly used Global options

  • Settings for email sending and for payroll reports emailing

  • Expiry days notification in crew list views

• Know how to change passwords for users from inside the Adonis Personnel Manager

• Know how to set up Email Reports

• Know how to add, maintain and check Notification tasks and Reports
