AWR Codes Import from APM

Before starting to work with vacancies, it is necessary to import general codes from Adonis Personnel Manager. In such a way you can synchronize data between the applications for an easier export of successful applicants to APM.

To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Log into APM.

2. Switch to the Tools ribbon tab and click Export. In the drop-down list, select WEB Applicants:

   Open

   

3. The Export to Web Application dialog is then displayed:

   Open

   

   Within the dialog, you can select data for export.

4. Click the Setup button to make the Export WEB Applicants set-up dialog appear:

   Here you can configure the export settings:

   • Define an export URL in the form: [server_url]/instance_name/admin/ImportFromAPM.ashx.

   • Enter valid credentials of an administrator in Web Recruitment:
     Click OK to confirm.

5. On performing all the setups, click Export in the Export to Web Application dialog. As a result, exporting will create .xml files with data and then upload it directly to Web Recruitment:

If no error messages are shown in Export Log, the export is successfully completed.

To get back to the main screen, click the Main Panel button on the toolbar.
