Adonis Onshore Crew Portal
This describes how to configure the crew portal when using a single server on shore that is accessed by onboard users.

Introduction
The company's crewing platform and all Adonis software are installed on a cloud-based server, preferably in the Adonis Azure-based Cloud. In addition to Adonis Personnel Manager (APM), Adonis Crew Portal (ACP) and Adonis Employee Portal (AEP) are also set up against the same MS-SQL database, allowing all office and shipboard users to run against the same core instance.
The Online Vessel Installation reflects the Adonis Onshore Crew Portal.
The prerequisite is that the ship has an effective connection to the internet, either based on 4G/5G or LEO satellite-based internet.
How does it work? People with current or next-day service tasks can access the Onshore Crew portal. "When users log in, the system functions similar to how it does on the ship.”Instead of using the site ID set in the administrator portal configuration screen, it gets the site ID from the service.
The configuration works similarly to the onboard installation; each vessel has its specific configuration. Therefore, the vessel determines the individuals' access rights.
The login process requires an email, password, and MFA. Users on leave trying to log in will be rejected and shown an error message indicating they are missing sea service.
Configuration
On the ONSHORE LOGIN tab, select the organization units (vessels) you want to be considered along with the current vessel when accessing Adonis Crew Portal.
This functionality allows a single login for all crew members who have an active sea service-activity and assigned to different organization units (vessels) selected on the ONSHORE LOGIN tab. The organization unit name is stated in the Vessel Name column:
The Access Control > Users page displays only crew members currently onboard (those who have the Current activity).
