CSMART - Scheduler Permissions

The Scheduler implements different roles which have certain permissions accessing the Scheduler (ext/Scheduler):

  • CSmartAdmin: CSMART admins have unrestricted access the Scheduler
  • LineAdmin, ExternalLineAdmin: OL coordinators see every published event and can manage participants
  • CourseAdmin: Course admins can access the Scheduler and edit all events (can't create new events)
  • Viewer: Instructors and other resources have a read-only view of the Scheduler and only see the events for which they have been scheduled in
  • None: Regular participants can't see the Scheduler - they only get a list of courses they have been registered if they try to access the Scheduler.
