Description

The Adonis database health check is a monthly health review and analysis of your SQL Server systems and processes. This ensures your database is sufficiently provisioned with resources, configured, protected, and optimized.

Scope of Service

As a starting point, Adonis will do an initial assessment with the customer to determine the scope of assistance. 

Services offered

1. Monthly check-up of the Customer Databases

2. Do minor improvements and provide feedback 

Adonis Responsibilities

1. Create optimization scripts on the database to enhance indexing

2. Do general checks on memory and performance to determine the general database health

3. Log work done and provide feedback in written to the customer

Customer Responsibilities

1. Assist in formalizing the roles and responsibilities to maintain the solution

2. Have a dedicated and licensed Microsoft SQL database supported by MS

3. Servers according to the Adonis minimum requirements

4. Remote access to the databases

5. Make sure the Vessel and the connection is available on agreed upon time intervals

6. Licenses for all infrastructure

3. Major database issue resolving

4. Licensing

5. Resolving of major issues

6. Security

7. Applying patches
