This article describes the service and products we offer when a customer needs assistance with Installations.
Installation
The Adonis software can be implemented onboard or on separate offices, sites to help you coordinate your fleet through a single solution by planning your staff, managing safety, and compliance. Adonis offers remote assistance to deploy the software on any site, together with your IT department. With our help, we can install the Adonis software within a single working day per vessel.
Products
For new customers, or customers setting up one or more sites for the first time.
For installation of a new site into an already established environment it will be quoted per time and material.

Adonis Responsibilities
Providing the services and products as agreed with the customer
Deliver the service upon agreed time intervals
Providing a dedicated engineer for the full installation process
Advising in the best deployment of the Adonis Software
Quality Assurance of the deployment
Validation of requirements and technical tests to make sure the installation is functioning.
Provide SSL and domain for the APP for customers with Adonis Cloud installation
Provide FTP with Adonis SSL and domain for customers with Adonis Cloud installation
Customer Responsibilities
Make sure the infrastructure is in place, including SQL servers
Formalize the roles and responsibilities to maintain the solution (monitoring of the replication, server management, updates, backups, training needs)
Provide Adonis with a 5 days notice for a single site/ship (possible longer for a large fleet)
Readying the site/ship servers according to the Adonis minimum requirements
Provide Adonis remote access to shore and vessel servers to configure the setup
Having an IT engineer on standby for questions during the installation
Make sure that connection is available, both for the Vessels and the Office site for agreed upon time
All infrastructure and SQL databases are properly licensed
Provide SSL and domain for the APP for customers with local installation
Provide FTP with SSL and domain for customers with local installation
