This article describes the service and responsibilities we have for Crew List Views

The Crew List module is used for instant reporting directly on the screen, and as the entry screen for accessing the individual person's data. The full manual can be found here.

The Crew Lists are based on SQL statements that are added into the General Codes | Crew List View

Adonis Responsibilities

As part of the delivery of a Crew List View, the following tasks are included: 

1. Specification of the Crew List View together with the customer

2. Creation of the SQL Statement

3. Testing of the SQL Statement

4. Documentation of how the SQL Statement works

5. Manual for how the SQL Statement must be added to the system

Customer Responsibilities

1. Assisting with the specification of the Crew List View

2. Creating the new Crew List View and uploading the SQL statement

3. Final testing of the Crew List View

4. Maintenance of the Crew List View
