AWR Custom Lookup

When creating a new field for an application form, you can choose to fetch the predefined field values or to create custom values. If you choose to create custom values, select the Custom option from the Lookup drop-down list in the Add New Field dialog:

On completing, click OK to confirm creating a new field.

 

Now, an administrator can define a list of values for the created field. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Place the mouse pointer under the Value column name to make the field available for entering a field value.

  2. Press Enter to switch to another field and enter a value name that will be displayed in the application form.

When creating an application form, simply drag and drop the field in the Application Designer window and define its properties in the Properties pop-up window:
