Crew Selection

  • Selected person – Selected person on the currently opened crew list view.

  • Entire crew selection – Entire crew selection on the currently opened crew list view.

  • Tagged persons – Tagged persons on the currently opened crew list view.

  • Untagged persons – Untagged persons on the currently opened crew list view.

Vessels - when checked, it limits the activities linked to the selected vessel(s) only

Payscale - when checked, it limits payscale codes linked to the payroll entries.

Entrycodes - when checked, it limits the payroll entries to specific entry codes.

Period - Defined covered payroll period in YYYYMM format.

Currency Selection

  • By calculation currency

  • By payment currency

Split by

  • Vessel - Results are displayed with pagination, separated by vessel.

  • Payscale - Results are displayed with pagination, separated by Payscale.

  • Person - Results are displayed with pagination, separated by Person.

Filter by Nationality

  • PH

  • Non-PH

Split by Department - when checked, results are displayed with pagination, separated by Department.

Export to Excel - when checked, it optimizes fields to prevent merging when exporting to Excel.

Period

Displays the period specified during report generation.

Vessel

Results will be divided by vessel, displaying the Vessel Name.

Split by Payscale

Results will be divided by Payscale, displaying the Payscale Name.

Split by Person

Results will be divided by Person, displaying the Full Name and it’s PIN.

Entry Code

Displays Entrycode number and its equivalent name.

Net Wage Amount

Total calculated amount 1 for the covered period, summed and categorized by entry code.
