Description

The report displays the vacation/ onboard days for crew for the selected period by vessel/ department.

The report consists of two parts:

• the first part displays the onboard and vacation activities graphically depending on the Activity categories linked to sea-service and Leave activities.

• the second part is listing the vacation days in text form.

Start Date - to define date for activities to be included (crossing)

Print report for - to define number of months forward for activities to be fetched

Print only officers - when set, only the activities linked to Ranks defined as Officer (under General  Codes > Ranks) are fetched

Paper Size - to define printing layout

Shift Font Size - to define font size for text printed over graphical activity

Vessels - non-passive vessels list to limit Departments selection

Departments - list of departments from General Codes > Personal Details > Departments
