Description

The report provides a graphical chart of the rotation plan for printing purposes.

Start Date - to define starting date of shifts selection.

Print report for - to define the number of months to be covered.

Print Only Officers - if set, only ranks defined as Officer (in General Codes > Ranks > Options) are included.

Show Color Description - enables legend with shift coloring as setup in Rotation module > Shift Definition.

Show Page Header - to enable/disable header (logo, report name, date, page numbering).

Show Crew Change Ports - to enable/disable line with Calling Ports for a vessel.

Show Projects - to enable/disable timeline with Vessel Projects for a vessel.

Show Voyages- to enable/disable timeline with Vessel Voyages for a vessel.

Shift Information section - to define data appearance over displayed shifts.

Paper Size / Orientation - self-explanatory options to prepare printing layout.

Vessels - to list non-passive vessels for limiting Departments list.

Departments - non-passive Org. units under selected vessels to limit included Position assignments.
