Description

The report displays changes that are made in the crew profiles for the indicated period of time:

For example:

• a new crew member is added or deleted,

• any changes made in Personal details, Family & Activity data groups etc.

Period - only the modifications performed in the mentioned period of time will be fetched

Show Time / User Name - option to select if you would like the time & name of the user who performed modifications to be displayed.

Personal Information / Employment / Seniority - to define which sections of Personal Details to be reviewed for changes

Family Views - only active if the Family checkbox is on. Allows checking only the Family details belonging to selected views. Note that the complete list of Views is suggested, disregarding the user's access rights.

Activity Views - only active if the Activity checkbox is on. Allows checking only the Activity details belonging to selected views. Note that the complete list of Views is suggested, disregarding user's access rights.

Columns Previous/New - only in Updated sections.
Activity section: indicates the Module/ Datagroup name from which the info was changed. For Codes display Text instead of Code (e.g., Activity Code=ONB, Text = Onboard >> display Onboard).
If the option Show Time/ user name is ON, the Headers TIME and USERNAME are displayed at the top of every new page. Selected date is displayed on the top of each page.
No page break for a new date.
Address includes Address1, Address2 and Address3
