The issue has been fixed. Filtering records in Contract Types and Personal Rates Codes works correctly. To access the functionality, navigate to Organization Structure > Properties > General Codes > Contracts > Contract Types or Personal Rates Codes.

The conditions under which a crew appears on the Payment tab in Logisoft are as follows:

• The activity is in selected period.

• The activity is linked to the selected organization.

• The payroll is calculated and a crew has entries with calculatedamount9 with PAY.employer or PYH.employer selected in Logisoft.

Fixed the issue on fetching the SignOff date from the previous activity when the last activity DateTo/EED is in the future and it has a different employer.

The system removes overlap from non sea-service activity when the overlapping sea-service is closed

Implemented the enchancements that prevent removing the overlap of non sea-service and sea-service activities after the sign off is performed:

Preconditions:

• The Current (sea-service) activity is set up with the Allow overlap on other activity types option.

• The next non sea-service activity overlaps the Current activity.

Result: The ovelapping activity is in place.

Sign on/off flags when person has subsequent onboard activities

For continuous sea-service activities (one activity comes after another), the system considers the real sign on/off date that corresponds to Field p03.SOnTime / p03.SOffTime (Not null), respectively. The change affects the following fields: L85, L164, L165, L167, L168, and L169.

Inconsistency between APM and AIWS in using sequence counters for creating new competence records

Updated the counter that is incremented upon the creation of Certificate documents. Now it is updated by both APM and APP.

Note: For the changes to take effect, make sure to update the Resco plugin as well as APM.

Added a set of new payroll fields:

• 85h Hour value of real sign on date

• 164h Hour value of real sign off date on same vessel

• 165h Hour value of real sign off date regardless vessel

• 167h Hour value of real sign off date on same vessel (for open activity also)

• 168h Hour value of real sign off date regardless vessel (for open activity also)

• 169h Hour value of real sign off date by per Employer

Note: The approach to find real sign on/off date works the same as before. The time of Sign on/off is fetched from p03.SONTIME/p03.SOFFTIME.

Include the eProfile Update icon/button in the Crew List module

Added the eProfile Update button as part of the Crew List module. To access it, open the module and navigate to the Communication toolbar section:

The functionality is designed to update the selected crew member in eProfile.

Note: In case the eProfile Update button is not accessible, navigate to Global Options > Datagroups > Travel interface Crew Link and select the eProfile checkbox.

Implemented modifications on enhancing Vessel Type filter in case the Limit rotation planning to the current client option is turned on for opening Rotation plan by filter to limit available vessels in the UI Filters.

Settings for OLT are empty after upgrade to v 2023.40.6

Fixed the issue on displaying settings in Global Options → Ocean Learning Platform after adding them. In addition, added the Timeout field to the database that stores the value entered in the Timeout in seconds of retry/reconnect until the batch reports its status field in Global Options.
