This course suits participant who is to work with, or administrate, the Course Scheduler module, planning external course participants, and who needs to learn how to perform daily functions in the module

• Get a basic understanding of what the Course Scheduler module is used for

• Know how to add/edit Course Providers

• Know how to add/change a course schedule

• Know how the Course Scheduling module and Competence data group works together

• Know how to do a basic search for and assign a crew in the Course Scheduling module

• Know how to search and add a person to a course based on expiring competences

• Know how to add multiple employees to a course using common entry functionality

• Know how to add a new course date using common entry functionality

• Know how to confirm participation

• Know how to add a scan to the linked competence

• Understand how course activities for a person is created from the Course Scheduling module

• Know how to add a price per course

• Understand reporting possibilities related to the Course Scheduling module
