This course suits for employees that are new to the employee portal, and need to learn how to perform basic functionalities. Attendees should be aware that their company might have their own internal policies and procedures for what they make available for registration in the Employee portal, however the main functions should be the same.

Objectives

• Get a basic understanding of what the Adonis Employee Portal is used for.

• Understand how to navigate between different screens in the portal

• Know how to change the password

• Know how to access and update the general personal information

• Know how to view and update competences, travel and medical documents

• Know how to add scans

• Know how to use the electronic signature functionality
