This course suits participant who is to use the Time & Attendance module onboard.

Objectives

• Get a basic understanding of what the Time & Attendance module is used for

• Know how to navigate in the Adonis Crew Portal

• Understand the workflow in the Time & Attendance module

• Know how to login to the portal for the first time

• Know how to use the different screens available

  • Day to day

  • Time Lists per Date

  • Time Lists by Timesheet

  • Time Lists Timecards Line

• Know how to register time spent on Drills, or Sick

• Know how to check for Nonconforming Events

• Know how to submit timesheets for crew if you are not using the Time Clock application for registering hours

• Know how to Approve Timesheets

• Know how to work with the Teams section

• Know how to register persons on watchkeeping duty

• Know how to assign relievers

• Know how to use the Batch Input Time Registrations functionality

• Know how to send messages to the crew from Adonis Crew Portal
