Description

This course suits participant who has completed the APM - Payroll Basic User Training and needs knowledge in more advanced functionalities in the payroll module.

Some objectives are country specific and will be skipped if not applicable for the users attending the course.

Objectives

• Know how to add payment details to advance/allotment or additional payment entry codes

• Know how to import payroll entries from .csv files or excel files

• Know how to import payroll entries from Time Card module and close the Time Card period

• Know how to close the month

• Know how to check and change the GL Accounts an entry code is linked up to

• Know how to copy a pay scale table and update rates when new CBAs comes into effect

• Know how to correct an incoming balance on an accumulator

• Know how to check and rebuild values on accumulators

• Know how to use the BackPay functionality

• Know how to export file to the Accounting System
