This course suits participant who is to administrate the CrewLink flight booking functionality from Adonis Personnel

Objectives

• Understand the main process for requesting, changing, and cancelling flights from the crew change

• Know what data needs to be in place on a person or the crew change to book a flight

• Know how to request a new, change or cancel a flight

• Know how changes in the rotation or a crew change impacts flights already booked

• Know how to establish connection with CrewLink server in Global Options

• Know how to use the Reference Setup

• Know how to set up Crew Link Interface Codes in General Codes

• Know how to set Cross References on e.g. Vessel, department, etc. for linking CrewLink codes to Adonis codes

• Know how to set up Urgency Levels

• Know how to set up Customer GUID
